Celebration Evening - April 2026
Manasi Celebration Evening – A Night of Community, Conversation and Impact
We brought together our community from across the UK in Derby to celebrate a major milestone for The Manasi Foundation - the launch of Manasi: The Men’s Collective magazine.
This evening was centred around honest, powerful conversations. Our panelists shared lived experiences across Movement, Mentorship and Women’s Wellness - creating space for dialogue around mental health, identity, resilience and growth.
The magazine captures these voices, featuring a diverse range of men from different backgrounds and professions, each sharing their journey in their own words. It’s more than a publication; it’s a platform for representation, reflection and connection.
We’re incredibly grateful to everyone who contributed to making the evening what it was, from our panelists and host, to our vendors, volunteers and attendees. The energy in the room was a reminder of what’s possible when people come together with openness and intention.

Annual Christmas Drop-off - 2024
Every December, we come together for an Annual Christmas Drop-Off
This tradition began with a simple wish: to bring a little light, love and joy to children spending the holidays in hospital. Every year, thanks to the kindness of our community, we deliver thoughtful gifts to young patients — reminding them they are seen, supported and never forgotten.
Thank you to everyone who’s played a part in keeping this tradition alive. Here’s to many more years of giving from the heart.

Cypher School - 2023
Manasi’s first youth event and our first step into Birmingham!
Hosted by Sonam for her former students at Football Beyond Borders, this event embodied the 3 M’s – Music, Movement, Mentoring – in action: Songwriting Workshop, Breakdance Session & Q&As with inspiring role models:
Brandon Khela – Professional Footballer
Eyez – International Grime Artist
Ammari Diedrick – Pro Fighter & Mental Resilience Advocate
This was more than an event — it was a space of belonging and belief, where discipline met creativity, and culture met community.
Together, we sparked connection through rhythm, movement, and story.

The Visionary Summit - 2021
Held at Derby's iconic Pride Park Stadium, this one-of-a-kind event brought together music, movement and mentorship to inspire the next generation.
Our Music panel featured International Grime Artist Eyez, International Bhangra artist JK and Renowned Music Producer, Tru Skool.
Our Sports panel brought raw talent and real stories from Ammari Diedrick, Kam Aujla, Arun Summan, Adeel Khalid, George Carter and Zack Williams.
A space where passions collided, stories were shared, and minds were moved.

Flashmob - 2020
In 2020, The Manasi Foundation brought the power of movement to the streets with a high-impact flashmob that raised vital awareness for organ donation and kidney health.
Held in Derby, this energising dance-led initiative supported Kidney Research UK and was inspired by a local man’s journey to find a donor. The flashmob featured community members of all ages, coming together to move with purpose and unity.
The story captured hearts — and headlines — as it was featured on BBC News, highlighting the campaign’s powerful message about health equity, representation in organ donation, and the life-saving potential of awareness.
This event embodied what The Manasi Foundation stands for: using creativity, community, and culture to drive real social change.

FitFest - 2019

A
FitFest marked the very first milestone in The Manasi Foundation journey - a dynamic, free wellness festival centred around movement, music, and mental health.
With over 100 attendees, the event created an energising and inclusive space for all ages. From martial arts and MMA to bhangra, boxing, HIIT, street dance, and Zumba, the day was packed with free taster sessions designed to get the community moving and connecting.
Special guest Man Like Haks, a popular comedian and mental health advocate, delivered a powerful talk on men’s mental wellbeing - breaking stigma with humour and honesty.
Community impact partners included Derby County Community Trust and Derbyshire Mind, who hosted wellness stalls to raise awareness and offer local resources.
FitFest wasn’t just an event - it was a statement of purpose: movement, music, and mental health belong to everyone.
